Forest Babies - Mon 30th Mar - 1pm

Forest Babies is a 50 minute outdoor sensory class for new mums and their babies up to 24 months old.

The experience focuses on connection between mum and baby but also to nature and how we can use nature to ground ourselves when emotions are high. Opportunities for cognitive development in little ones are embedded in the session.

During the session we will explore using up to five of the main senses including: touch, sight, taste, smell and hearing.

Our Monday afternoon classes take place at the David Livingstone Centre, 165 Station Road, Blantyre, G72 9BY

Disclaimer:

Although, amendments will be made where possible for shelter or shade, this session is mostly stationary so please ensure you and your infant are dressed for the temperature. Refunds will only be issued if the class is cancelled by the facilitator unless you pay a membership fee, arrangements will have been made with you when you joined. There are toilets on site, however it is highly recommended that you go before.
